Siam Supper Club Reopening – Phuket

PHUKET, THAILAND – On December 29, 2021, the iconic Siam Supper Club reopened its doors after a well-deserved renovation and upgrade. Under new ownership, a group of local investors driven by a passion for service excellence and a love for hospitality have recently taken the helm of this renowned American classic.

Long established as a favorite spot for both locals and tourists alike, the recent enforced break offered owners a unique opportunity to renovate the venue while keeping its charm and vintage atmosphere true to its origins. An ode to the two decades of Phuket history Siam Supper Club has had the pleasure to live through.

On the food front, the Siam Supper Club is staying true to international cuisine with renewed focus as a traditional New York Steakhouse, with premium, imported cuts of meat and seafood delicately prepared by the experienced Italian Executive Chef and his culinary team. Highlights include Wagyu Tenderloin, Tomahawk served table side, seasonal Oysters, Caviar, sweet and tender Lobster, as well as the born-to-be-famous Supper Club Gourmet Burger. And yes, the classic French Onion Soup and New York Cheesecake remain on the menu! The Thai menu has also been revisited to showcase local flavors of the Andaman Sea as well as a delectable Lamb Mussaman curry.

To complement your dining experience, an innovative international hospitality consultancy was brought in to develop the beverage program to world class standards. Classic cocktails will still be at the forefront of the menu with a new range of elegant glassware to elevate the presentation. A signature drinks menu has been created, inspired by famous New York landmarks, alongside all the old favourites.

A painstakingly curated collection of over 200 labels of premium drinks are at your disposal, alongside professional expertise on food pairing and seasonal selections. A tour of the state-of-the-art walk-in cellar is an attraction in itself, protecting a growing selection of rare and vintage beverages, that range all the way back to 1939.

All the original events that people have come to love over the years, such as the signature Jazz Nights, have remained in place, while new and exciting musicians and events are being lined up in the coming months, including pop-up visiting chefs and renowned local and  international bartenders, special dinners, tasting evenings, and unique musical performances.
