Alongside her UK role, she managed Woolworths’ Hong Kong sourcing operations, working closely with teams across China, Bangladesh, and India. Asia, Toys “R” Us, and Navigating Crisis
In 2007, Hall relocated to Asia, a move that would define the later stages of her executive career. By 2012, she had become Chief Commercial Officer for Toys “R” Us Asia, overseeing operations across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
