CANVAZ Palette Cherngtalay: Sansiri’s Wellbeing Condominium in Phuket

CANVAZ Palette Cherngtalay is a new wellbeing condominium by Sansiri on Soi Cherngtalay 3, in the heart of greater Bang Tao on Phuket’s west coast. It sits within walking distance of Porto de Phuket, a few minutes from Bang Tao Beach, with the green hills of Cherngtalay behind it. Sansiri scheduled it among seven Phuket launches for the second half of 2026, with completion planned for January 2028.

The idea is simple. A home that looks after the people who live in it, in the part of Phuket where international families and long stay residents most like to settle. This feature covers the building, the wellness programme that comes with ownership, and daily life around CANVAZ Palette Cherngtalay.

A Curation of Wellbeing

Sansiri describes the concept as a curation of wellbeing. The colours are drawn from nature and the surrounding mountains. The atmosphere is calm and resort like, with as much privacy as a condominium can offer.

The detail goes beyond the look. Sansiri specifies low VOC paints and materials for cleaner indoor air, and the main pool uses a saltwater system. Green space wraps around the project. The design includes residents’ pets too, with pet friendly homes and a dedicated pet yard.

The Building and the Homes

CANVAZ Palette Cherngtalay sits on about 5 rai of land, with two seven storey buildings and 248 residences, according to Sansiri.

The homes are one bedroom and two bedroom residences, plus two bedroom duplexes. Listed one bedroom homes are around 43 square metres. Two bedroom homes, each with two bathrooms, are around 62 square metres, which gives a couple or a small family real room to live. Some layouts come with pool access, some with a private garden and some are designed around pets.

Foreign buyers can own a unit outright in their own name within the foreign quota, which Thai law sets at 49% of a building’s floor area. The project also includes Thai quota homes.

Shared Spaces Designed for Recovery

The shared facilities lean towards rest, health and connection. Each has its own character.

The Seaforest Pool and Onsen is the centrepiece, a large pool with a Japanese style hot bath, sauna and jacuzzi set in tropical planting. The Ocean Gym brings an ocean inspired atmosphere to daily training, with a yoga area alongside. The Luminous Lobby is designed to feel warm as well as polished when residents come home.

For those who work from the island, the co living and co working centre offers quiet corners for focused work and a meeting room for calls with clients across time zones. Practical touches include laundry and dry cleaning, electric vehicle charging, 24 hour security and CCTV.

Pets are welcome, and the SANSIRI Pet Yard gives dogs an agility area of their own. For families relocating with a dog, that is often the detail that decides between one building and another.

Hospital Grade Wellness Privileges

In mid 2026 Sansiri partnered with VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center, part of Bumrungrad International Hospital, one of the best known private hospital groups in Asia. CANVAZ Palette is one of four Phuket projects in the programme, and its buyers receive a detailed package.

It includes SevenAge Vital Wellness, a biological age analysis based on seven markers in the blood and body. It also includes a balance assessment of eight hormones and 13 vitamins and antioxidants, and consultation with specialists in longevity and anti ageing medicine. Owners receive further privileges on care at Bumrungrad Hospital.

Sansiri frames the collaboration with the line “Luxury Living Begins with Preventive Wellness”. The BDMS Wellness Clinic at Laguna Phuket is about 2.3 kilometres from the project, and Bumrungrad is investing THB 4.3 billion (about USD 129 million) in a 150 bed hospital in the north of Phuket.

Living on Soi Cherngtalay 3

Cherngtalay is the residential heart of greater Bang Tao, and it has become one of the island’s favourite addresses for international families and long stay residents. Greater Bang Tao is the name locals give to the whole district around Bang Tao Beach, taking in Cherngtalay, the Laguna Phuket resort area, Pasak and Bangjo.

CANVAZ Palette sits within walking distance of Porto de Phuket. Porto de Phuket is an open air dining and retail district with restaurants, cafés and boutiques. A supermarket at Laguna is about 700 metres away, and The Society, Sansiri’s social space designed by the Edward Tuttle team, is about 1.2 kilometres away.

Boat Avenue is a few minutes further. It opened in 2012 as Thailand’s first container mall and still hosts a Friday evening market with street food, live music and local makers. Its park and playground, about 1.3 kilometres from the project, is a favourite with young families.

The Beach and Laguna

Bang Tao Beach is about 2.7 kilometres away, a few minutes by car. It runs for several kilometres along the Andaman Sea and faces west, so every evening ends with a sunset.

Laguna Phuket is right alongside. It began in 1984 on the site of a former tin mine and grew into one of Asia’s best known integrated resorts, with hotels, lagoons and residences. Laguna Phuket Golf Club is about 3.7 kilometres from the project, and the Laguna Phuket Triathlon, first held in 1994, is Asia’s longest running triathlon.

Schools and Family Life

Families with young children have good choices close by. Kajonkiet Cherngtalay School is about 1.5 kilometres away. HeadStart International School’s Cherngtalay campus is about 4.1 kilometres away in Bangjo. It opened in August 2023, follows the British curriculum with Cambridge programmes, and takes children from age 2 through to Year 9, with a 50 metre swimming pool and dedicated arts and sports facilities.

Bangjo also has Blue Tree Phuket, an open air lifestyle village with padel courts, a skate park, forest trails, fitness studios, children’s adventure play areas and weekend markets. Across the island, Phuket has 19 international schools, with enrolment up 51% over the three years to mid 2026, according to Sansiri.

A Day at CANVAZ Palette

The morning starts with a swim in the saltwater pool or a yoga session before the heat builds. Breakfast is a short walk away at Porto de Phuket. Remote workers settle into the co working centre for calls with Europe or Asia, while others head to the beach for an early walk.

Lunch is easy to find. Cherngtalay has everything from roadside Thai kitchens to relaxed international cafés, and the supermarket at Laguna covers the weekly shop.

Afternoons are for the gym, the onsen or a round of golf at Laguna. Dog owners take a turn in the pet yard. As the light softens over the hills, residents drift down to Bang Tao Beach for sunset, then back to Porto de Phuket or Boat Avenue for dinner.

It is a full life without a long commute, made for people who want greater Bang Tao to feel like home.

Making the Move

Many international residents now come on Thailand’s Long Term Resident visa. It runs for ten years and allows a spouse and children under 20 to be included. Under the Wealthy Global Citizen route, an investment of USD 500,000 in Thailand can count towards eligibility, and a registered freehold condominium is one of the qualifying options. Rules change, so check the current terms with Thailand’s Board of Investment before applying.

Phuket International Airport is about 15.8 kilometres away, roughly half an hour by car. It handled an average of 290 flights a day to 71 cities in 36 countries in 2026, according to Sansiri.

Who CANVAZ Palette Suits

CANVAZ Palette Cherngtalay suits people who want a lock up and leave home in greater Bang Tao with wellness built into daily life. It works for couples relocating to Phuket, for remote professionals who want a calm place to work, for families spending the northern winter on the island, and for anyone who wants their dog to feel at home too.

CANVAZ Palette follows CANVAS Cherngtalay, Sansiri’s first resort style condominium in the area, which welcomed residents in late 2025.
